The continued growth of the Strategi team has prompted our recent move to larger premises at Synectics House in Newcastle-under-Lyme. While we launched just over two years ago with just two staff, the team has now grown to fifteen, with plans to recruit further.Our most recent staff appointments have been made across the HR, PR and administrative arms of the business and have been made in response to the continued expansion of both Strategi’s range of services and growth in our customer base from a variety of sectors.
We now offer a ‘one stop shop’ for a wide range of holistic services including; HR, Learning & Development, Training Marketing & Design, PR and Recruitment.
Strategi’s success has led to industry recognition having been shortlisted for ‘New Business of the Year’ in the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards and ‘HR Consultancy of the Year’ at the Personnel Today Awards.
Experienced HR professional Kate Marsh has joined the team as Head of HR Services. Kate will be responsible for heading up the HR team under the direction of Rob Fisher, Director of HR Services and will provide direct HR support to clients as well as championing and delivering culture change programmes.
Kate commented: “I am really excited to be joining this multi award nominated team, with like-minded professionals who share the same vision and values. I have always had a passion for HR and belief that success in business is all about performance through people. Steph Bridgwood has joined as Marketing & PR Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience from working in commercial marketing roles within the media and IT industries, as well as having set up her own successful business.
Steph will not only assist is in the growth of the Strategi business, but will also provide PR and marketing services to clients.
Steph commented: “It’s fantastic to be working in such a vibrant company and to be part of an incredibly creative and dynamic team. The business and team are growing at pace and it’s exhilarating to be part of it.”
Lisa Clowes joins Strategi as Office Coordinator where she will provide much needed administrative support for the team. Lisa has spent the last few years working in event management and sales support within the media industry.
