Wendy Dean Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Staffordshire’s leading business consultancy agency Strategi Solutions Group Ltd, has appointed Rob Fisher as the new Managing Director (MD).

Rob joined Strategi Solutions Group Ltd in October 2016 as Director of HR services. With more than 13 years’ experience in Human Resources, Rob has held a variety of senior HR roles including Ornua Nutrition Ingredients and Steelite International where he previously worked under the guidance of Wendy Dean.

“I firmly believe on recognising and retaining talent within a business and this appointment does just that.  I’ve worked with Rob for a long time and am extremely proud of his achievements to date” comments Wendy Dean.

“Rob is a strong leader who understands the commercial elements of our business and has been instrumental in building the infrastructure of Strategi.  He has also taken direct responsibility for the Health and Safety, Learning and Development and Finance strands of the business over the last couple of years which demonstrates his passion and commitment to Strategi”.

Formed in 2015 Strategi Solutions Group has seen huge success and growth in four years. CEO Wendy Dean, alongside her aides Rob Fisher and Commercial Sales Director Lyn Rowe have led the business to surpass the major accomplishment of £1 million turnover in 2019.

Further accomplishments for the business in 2019 include

• Working with national companies to help deliver programmes that have impacted the bottom line

• Purchasing ‘Strategi Hub’ office space

• Creating new jobs within North Staffordshire

In his new role Fisher will ensure people remain at the core of the company whilst focusing on the continued growth and future strategy.  He will take over the day to day management of the team who deliver a wide range of services including Human Resources, Culture Change Programmes, Learning and Development, Coaching and Mentoring, Talent, Health and Safety, ISO implementation and auditing, Marketing and Design.

Reporting into Wendy Dean who will continue in the role of CEO, Wendy will be dedicating her time to proactive client development alongside Lyn Rowe.
