As gender equality continues to be a persistent issue, the need to empower women in leadership roles has never been more important. As a female-owned company and proud sponsors of the Women of the Year Luncheon and Awards, it’s no secret that we’re deeply committed to investing in the potential of women.

With that in mind, we are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Axia Solutions, an Ofsted Outstanding Training and Apprenticeship provider, to introduce the first-of-its-kind Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship programme tailored specifically for women.

Designed to ignite female talent and unlock their higher potential, our programme aims to bridge the gap for women transitioning into senior or strategic management roles. We understand the unique challenges women face in the corporate landscape, and our programme has been crafted to tackle these issues head on.

Over the course of 12-14 months, participants will embark on a transformative journey, delving deep into essential leadership skills and techniques. Led by industry experts including Helen Bailey, Head of L&D at Strategi, and Lindsay Johnstone, consultant at Axia Solutions, our programme combines workshops, masterclasses, guest speakers and one-to-one coaching sessions.

Through our interactive modules covering various aspects of leadership, participants will develop confidence and empowerment to navigate the complexities of the business world.

Being fully funded through The Apprenticeship Levy for large employers, and with a minimal cost for smaller organisations, our programme is accessible to all, with monthly in-person sessions hosted at our offices in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.
