Six years on, armed with a team of over 20 with capabilities spanning Marketing, Creative, Safety, Talent, Learning, and HR, the business has gone from strength-to-strength over the past year being rewarded as Best SME HR and Marketing Consultant at the Midlands Enterprise Awards.
With the Marketing stream growing and expanding over the past 5 years, serving National clients in both their traditional and digital outputs, the ever growing team of professionals on hand are leading the way with innovative campaigns that guarantee positive impact.
At the other end of the scale, the Strategi HR department proves to be versatile, effortless in its transition to supporting other needs and necessities. A notably proud moment was supplying Palletforce with an extensive and successful culture change programme, Wendy’s chosen speciality.
Leading the teams are Sales and Marketing Director, Paul, and Managing Director, Rob, whom both share Wendy’s vision and passion for the success of Strategi, committed to guiding their teams to be the best in the business. Rob added,

When promoted to Managing Director from Director of HR Services at the beginning of 2020, Rob intended on taking a step back from some of his clients, however over the past year it has been evident that the relationships that he built with them throughout his time as Director of HR remains valued, it has seen him swiftly jump head first back into his former roles activities, supporting and guiding clients through both good and more challenging times of late.
As the business continues to grow rapidly, the HR department has seen new recruit Emily Maloney join the team in July 2021 as People Services Consultant, after a number of promotions and new hires throughout the past year too.
As well as this, the Marketing team has come into its own since the appointment of Paul Parry as Head of Client Relationships in February 2020, swiftly being promoted to Sales and Marketing Director after demonstrating the impact that his 30 years experience in the industry along with introducing new processes to the business can have on retaining and generating new clients. Paul added,

Not only have the entire team pulled together in such unprecedented time, but we have grown as a group in numbers and ability and have taken on a number of new clients in which we are actively helping raise the profile of and generate interest in both traditional and digital methods.”
Over the past year, Strategi has landed many major, long-term contracts, proving the power of pushing through even the most difficult times in order to grow. Whilst the firm helps their clients, in return the clients will help Strategi to grow in the future, creating more jobs and improving profit margins. As it looks forward to a busy and productive period since returning back to the office on June 22nd, Strategi continues to seek businesses that they can work with which complement their own, in order to expand their portfolio to suit even more client needs.
