Strategi Solutions announced as CIPD finalists for Best People Management Initiative.
The Staffordshire-based organisation is announced as a finalist in the prestigious CIPD People Management Awards for Best SME People Management Initiative, the event being held at the Grosvenor Hotel in London on September 22nd.
The Award celebrates Best SME People Management Initiative, with entrants needing to demonstrate the way in which they are delivering clear opportunities for employees, setting them apart from the crowd. Strategi has been recognised for its innovative ‘StratStars’ programme that champions developing junior members of the team to succession plan for the future of the business.
The ultimate goal of the programme is that it will give the individuals involved the tools and experience needed to be prepared to take on Board level roles within the next five years. A unique and exciting opportunity, this demonstrates Strategi’s commitment to supporting young people in the local community, giving them the opportunity for progression and development to achieve their career goals whilst retaining talent in the area.
Founder of the programme and Managing Director, Rob Fisher said, “Being increasingly aware of the changing landscape that we operate in, we have always been fortunate to have a diverse age range within our team to learn from.
