Finance Manager, Company Secretary and all-round lovely person Jane has officially hit the monumental milestone of 5 years’ service at Strategi Solutions on May 1st 2021.

The first of all Strategi employees to hit this mark since it first opened its doors in 2015, Jane has been a loyal and dedicated member of the team from the start, wholly committed to Strategi for the past 5 years and she is now rewarded as its longest serving employee.

On reaching this moment Jane said, “In May 2016, I sat at my new desk at the Genesis Centre thinking that this was a career not just another job to pay the bills for the first time in my life.”

“Being by Wendy and the rest of the team’s side over the past 5 years has been a journey that I wouldn’t change for the world.  I started off as Office Manager and helped things tick over in the beginning making sure that the small team was provided for and that the invoicing was done.  I can’t wait to see where we are in the next 5!”

Embarking on a journey of discovery, education and change Jane completed her AAT course since joining the team and is now striving to continue learning more tricks of the trade outside of her day to day to keep Strategi ahead of the game.

“It has been a learning curve for sure, but the past 5 years, supported by Strategi have really shown me that the sky is the limit. There is nowhere else I would rather be, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to build a career in this business.”
