Staffordshire-based organisation is announced as a finalist in the prestigious Engage Awards for Best Place to Work, the event held at the Park Plaza Hotel in London on November 15th.
The Award celebrated Best Place to Work, with entrants needing to demonstrate the way in which they are demonstrating the clear opportunity for employees, setting them apart from the crowd. Strategi has been recognised as a finalist for it’s constant efforts to be an employer of choice in the Staffordshire area.
Strategi was joined with other finalists such as Sky, Vodafone, NatWest, and Bupa at the awards which celebrate the best business cultures and internal communications programmes across the UK. Although not winners on the night, the SME had the opportunity to showcase the incredible work that has been done over the last 12-months to deliver a robust succession plan, a strong benefits programme, and development opportunities for the diverse team.
On being finalists at the awards, Managing Director, Rob Fisher said, “As we continue on the quest to becoming an employer of choice in Staffordshire, it’s wonderful to be recognised for the ongoing work that we do to ensure the Strategi team not only enjoy their jobs, but feel like valued members of a team, something which we feel like we have established as a part of our culture.
Although we didn’t win this time, it doesn’t take the shine off what we have achieved to get to this point and be finalists against some of the biggest household names in the Country. I look forward to what we can continue to achieve in this area.”
