Flagship leadership programme delivers outstanding results for senior female leaders

A leadership development programme designed to support and develop senior female leaders has achieved exceptional results, with 100% of participants in the latest cohort awarded a Distinction.

The Level 7 Women in Leadership programme, was co-designed and marketed by Strategi Solutions and delivered by Staffordshire-based apprenticeships training provider, Axia Solutions and was the first of its kind in England and Wales. The programme combines strategic leadership development with practical, real-world application, equipping participants with the skills, confidence and insight required to lead at the highest levels.

This latest success marks a significant milestone for the programme, reinforcing its impact and effectiveness in developing high-performing, future-ready female leaders. The Distinction achievement across the entire cohort highlights both the calibre of the learners and their engagement with the programme, and the strength of the programme’s design.

One of the learners who achieved Distinction is Michelle Hopper, Neighbourhood Delivery Manager, Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council. Michelle commented:
