Approached to launch the UK’s first true gigabit full fibre connection in Stoke-on-Trent, how could we say no? Our blood means we know more about this city and its people than most, so it only seemed appropriate to be handed the task.
From build all the way through to connection, and expansion across the rest of the UK following this, a brand that was relatable, demonstrated speed, reliability and affordability, and didn’t get lost in the sea of broadband collateral that you just can’t seem to escape – easy, right?
Maybe easy is the wrong word, but fun never the less. And right up our street. Experimenting with colours, fonts and key messages to determine what the target audience respond best to allowed us determine a way forward. We found a sweet spot with using language specific to the area that LilaConnect were building in, and an opportunity for UGC to help gain further brand awareness. Before we knew it, people were reaping the benefits of the product, and engaged wholly with the brand because of the strong brand and communications that supported it. Winner.
