Capable store managers, but with no formal leadership training meant issues between employees were becoming more frequent and harder to resolve.
We knew it wasn’t going to be an easy task to deliver bespoke programmes across the whole of the UK and Ireland, but by incorporating a mixture of face-to-face and virtual sessions, we were able to not only educate the employees, but enthuse them about their roles too.
Team members felt prepared to tackle their role, willing to take action knowing they had the skills to do the right thing. With courses ranging from HR Survival Skills to Diversity, Inclusion & Equity, we covered hundreds of sessions that saw people come together with a shared interest in learning. Each store now has a better leader in place, positively impacting their entire team, and organisation overall.
