As the business continued to grow, it identified an opportunity to further develop the skills and confidence of its supervisors, helping them navigate day-to-day people management challenges more effectively.
Through funding support available through the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, three delegates from Dunwood Farm attended our Essential Supervisory Skills programme.
The programme was tailored to their team and designed to equip supervisors with practical skills and knowledge that could be applied immediately within the workplace.
Throughout the programme, delegates were encouraged to reflect on their current approaches, explore new techniques and develop the confidence needed to lead their teams effectively.
Through our Essential Supervisory Skills, three delegates developed practical leadership and people management skills designed to help them become more confident and effective supervisors.
Feedback from delegates was extremely positive, with participants identifying several key takeaways they could immediately apply within their roles.
The training has helped delegates approach management responsibilities more confidently and effectively, enabling them to work more productively while applying their new skills in practice.
“It was fantastic to work with the delegates from Dunwood Farm and see their confidence develop throughout the programme. The session generated some great discussions around communication, situational leadership and adapting management styles to different individuals and situations.”
